Our story
Forward Equipment Solutions was founded by two mechanics and an industrial engineer who had spent the better part of two decades watching shops get over-promised and under-installed. The lifts were fine. The way they were sold was the problem.
So we built a different company. Factory-direct relationships with the forges that supply every name-brand lift in the country. Bonded install crews on retainer in nine markets. Inventory shipped on a truck we own, not a freight broker’s spot rate.
Today, Forward ships into all 48 contiguous states. Our average lead time is nine business days. Our install crews finish before lunch. And the lifts? They are still the best in the business. We just sell them better.
